We are looking for a reliable and engaged female personal assistant for a 48-year-old woman with autism and epilepsy.

The work involves providing support in daily life in a calm and structured manner. The woman lives in her own apartment and needs help with planning, carrying out, and following her routines in her daily living. You will be available as support throughout the day and contribute to creating security and predictability.

Her week includes horse riding on Mondays, where you will accompany and support as needed, as well as daily activities from Tuesday to Friday.

About the role

As an assistant, you will be her support in all aspects of daily life. She has double assistance during all her waking hours, so it is important that you can collaborate with her other assistants. Sometimes there are also activities outside the home, so you should enjoy being social and flexible – your presence will be an important part of her security and joy in everyday life.

This is a job where you make a concrete difference in another person's daily life.

Who are you

Personal chemistry is important, so we are looking for someone who is responsive, patient, and responsible. You enjoy working closely with a person and have a pedagogical approach, where you adapt your support based on the individual's needs. You should be able to take your own initiatives and enjoy creating a pleasant atmosphere at home. Experience in personal assistance or similar work is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are engaged and secure in your role.

To thrive and fit in with the client, there are some requirements that are important to meet. If these do not match, it may be difficult to find the right fit for the role.

• Be able to be a leader and good at motivating

• Be non-smoking

• Not be allergic to horses or dogs

• Be able to swim

• We also require you to be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as we document the client's daily life.

• You should preferably be between 35-55 years old.
