About the Role

On behalf of Fortnox, we are now looking for two Collection Specialists for a long-term consulting assignment with immediate start. In this role, you will be a key person in handling unpaid invoices. Therefore, we are looking for someone with a strong ability to solve problems, drive their own work, and excel at creating and maintaining good relationships.
This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work on behalf of Fortnox. We are looking for someone available to start immediately and who views the assignment long-term. You will be based at the office in Malmö, where the work will initially be performed on-site only.
For this assignment, we will conduct a background check in the form of a criminal record extract and a credit check. We therefore ask you to order a criminal record extract from the Police website immediately. Click here to order an extract.
Responsibilities
As a Collection Specialist, you will become one of the key persons at Fortnox in handling unpaid invoices. Your responsibilities will include:
- Communication and problem-solving: Be the professional link to Fortnox customers. You will communicate daily via phone, email, and mail to find solutions and drive collection cases forward.
- Drive the collection process: Manage structured claims handling and collect debts in a professional and ethical manner.
- Ensure compliance with procedures: Guarantee accurate documentation and correct follow-up of every case.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in debt collection
- Knowledge and experience in handling bankruptcies, debt restructuring, and objections, as well as making decisions regarding payment orders and enforcement
- Experience with the Aptic system
- Excellent command of Swedish, both written and spoken
