Inkludera Assistans is seeking a personal assistant for a woman living in Falkenberg. The position is part-time and permanent, with possibilities for both permanent and fixed-term employment.

We are looking for you who have your heart in the right place and want to contribute to improving another person's life through special measures. The assignment concerns a woman with MS living in Falkenberg. The working hours range between 65–100%. Duties include supporting her in daily routines, accompanying her to activities, assisting with personal hygiene, meals, and dressing/undressing.

Working hours are scheduled as follows:

• Weekdays: 08:00–14:15 and 20:00–08:00 (sleeping on-call)
• Weekends: 08:00–14:15 and 20:00–08:00 (sleeping on-call). Please note that weekend hours may vary.

The client is described as a wonderful woman who finds joy in the simple things. In her spare time, she enjoys knitting and swimming, which is a recurring activity. She also has an interest in harness racing and likes to go on outings.

As a personal assistant, you will play a decisive role in creating a safe and meaningful daily life for the client. You will become an important part of her life and contribute to her independence and well-being. To fit the role, the employer expects you to be attentive, responsible, reliable, and cooperative. The personal chemistry between you and the client is very important and can be decisive in the final selection.

Requirements for the position include a driver's license, access to a car, being a non-smoker, and not being allergic to fur-bearing animals.
