About the position
I am now looking for an additional flexible assistant to join my wonderful team who can step in as needed. I am a 35-year-old woman living with my partner and my beloved pets in an apartment in Fisksätra.

I am a spontaneous person who enjoys taking care of my animals, traveling, crafting, and listening to crime podcasts – it would be a bonus if you share any of these interests.

As an assistant for me, the most important thing is that our personal chemistry matches; the rest you will learn.

Who are you?

You are a cheerful woman with an interest in animals, as I currently have cats, chinchillas, rabbits, and degus. You must not be allergic to pollen or grass.

You should be confident, independent, able to take responsibility, and proactive. You will need to be my "starter motor," helping to get me going, suggesting activities for the day, and reminding me of things like meals, medication, and toilet visits. It is important that you are open-minded, non-judgmental, and empathetic. You need to understand how emotional needs are connected to assistance. Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus but not a requirement. Experience with EIPD/BPD is beneficial.

You must be a woman between 30 and 50 years old and speak fluent Swedish, as communication is very important. I place great emphasis on personal chemistry as the interaction between us is the most important part of the work.

This also includes taking care of the animals.

Working hours and employment rate: Shifts are scheduled during the day and evening on weekdays and occasionally on weekends. We are looking for someone who can work on an hourly basis. Shifts are partially or fully scheduled between 09:00 and 00:00, as well as shorter shifts on weekends.

The work is performed where I am. Sometimes I travel, and I would like you to accompany me as my assistant.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement; other benefits are provided according to collective agreements.

Start date: ASAP, according to agreement.
