Our client, a key player in the Swedish business community, is currently seeking a driven Operational Purchaser. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop the company's standardized purchasing processes and framework agreements, while ensuring deliveries and optimizing workflows in a global environment.
About the Role
As an Operational Purchaser, you will be a key player in our client's supply chain, responsible for ensuring efficient purchasing and deliveries. You will work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers in a role that requires both attention to detail and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities
This role involves ensuring efficient purchasing and deliveries, managing orders and agreements in business systems, and maintaining good relationships with both internal departments and external suppliers.
- Participate in cross-functional sourcing teams to develop purchase specifications and framework agreements.
- Execute purchases according to MRP proposals and secure deliveries.
- Check and approve invoices against agreements to identify price variances.
- Handle claims and disputes within the scope of made purchases.
- Maintain purchasing information, lead times, and prices in SAP.
- Follow up on deliveries and claims with suppliers.
- Inform internal customers about delivery status.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education, preferably in purchasing and/or planning.
- Experience with purchasing work in SAP.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
