Relationship-Building Salesperson

We are now looking for a salesperson driven by freedom and responsibility. This is a role where you will work to build relationships, develop customers, and where you can influence your own earning potential. About the role

As a salesperson with us, you are responsible for ensuring we deliver the right bread, in the right quantity, to the right place, at the right time, to the grocery stores you are responsible for. You are service-oriented and goal-focused, building relationships with our customers. You focus on creating trust and helping our customers drive their sales and sell products from their stores. You present new products, suggest suitable assortments, and are responsible for in-store activities and campaigns. As this is a mobile role where you drive a light truck between stores, a Class B driver's license is required.

A Class C driver's license and a valid YKB (Young Driver Certificate) are advantageous.

You will be based at our terminal in Falkenberg.

This job is for you if you are an early riser, social, outgoing team player, while also being results-oriented with an ambition to succeed. In your daily routine, you will meet many people in grocery stores. Creating contact and building relationships is something you enjoy. At the same time, you are driven to create results, be challenged, and reach new goals. Previous experience in sales and/or working in a grocery store is an advantage.

Polfärskt Bröd is a nationwide distributor of bread and cakes to the grocery trade. The company has a turnover of approximately 3 billion SEK and sells and delivers some of the market's strongest brands in table bread, such as Polarbröd, Korvbrödsbagarn, Fazer, and Skogaholm. Polfärskt also sells bread from Hatting and Brödverket, as well as coffee bread from Gille and Hägges. 51 percent of Polfärskt Bröd AB is owned by Polarbröd AB. The remainder is owned by the regional and owner-operated Polfärskt companies responsible for distribution, sales, and local service.

Together with our customers and partners, we create attractive, profitable, and selling bread departments in all of Sweden's grocery stores. We do this through local ownership and central community in a unique combination.
