Do you want a really fun, varied, and fast-paced job where you get to be responsible for our lovely café at Kungsmässan?

We are looking for a driven and engaged person who, together with your team, wants to deliver top-class customer service and sales to our great customers. All the treats and delights sold in the shop are created by our skilled colleagues in the bakery in Mölndal. You are responsible for selling our heavenly cakes, delicious pastries, and all the other goodies our customers love, as well as ensuring we have staff on site.

Responsibilities:

Your most important task, together with your team, is to ensure our wonderful customers receive the best possible treatment and experience. Your duties include managing sales, ordering goods, and ensuring the shop is well-stocked, fresh, and welcoming. You will also ensure that scheduling and staffing function optimally. Additionally, you will, of course, participate in all daily tasks.

Experience:

You likely have experience in service and customer interaction from the restaurant industry or similar. What matters most to us is that you love people and want to deliver service to the fullest.

The position is a permanent employment of 75-100% by agreement, with employment terms according to the collective agreement with HRF. Working hours are scheduled, and as the person in charge, you will work every other Saturday. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
