Responsibilities

As the Event Manager at O'Learys Halmstad, you will play a central role in creating, developing, and operating both new and existing events. You are responsible for the entire process – from idea and planning to execution and follow-up. In your work, you ensure that every event maintains high quality and contributes to a strong overall experience for our guests.

You will work both strategically and operationally, meaning you will not only plan and structure but also be on-site leading the execution of certain events. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues and be an important part of developing our operations and creating a vibrant and attractive meeting place.

We are looking for someone who

Is a creative and driven person with a great interest in events, entertainment, and experiences. You thrive in a high-tempo environment and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without losing structure or quality. You are used to working independently and have a natural sense for planning and execution.

You are flexible, solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail while seeing the big picture. Your ability to take initiative and turn ideas into reality is crucial for success in this role. You have previous experience in creating and executing events, and it is a merit if you have also worked in a restaurant or nightclub environment.
