Sales Representative at Hykab Industries
Hykab Industries is a local, technology-driven manufacturing company based in Tvååker with in-house production. We develop and manufacture functional and sustainable products in steel, plastic, and wood, focusing on recycling solutions for industry, public sector, and work environments. Our strength lies in customized solutions - if the product the customer is looking for does not exist, we develop it! As a Sales Representative with us, you will have overall responsibility for the sales of the company's products and customized solutions within B2B. Your main tasks will include:
- Managing, developing, and gradually taking over existing customer relationships from the owner
- Actively working on new customer acquisition and business development
- Driving the entire sales process from needs analysis and first contact to closing and follow-up
- Working with idea and solution sales where the customer's needs are at the center
- Preparing quotes in close collaboration with production and other functions
- Being involved in the development of new products and solutions based on customer requests
- Participating in customer meetings, trade fairs, and other relevant industry contexts
- Contributing to business related to public procurement (meritorious)
The role involves being out with customers about 2-3 days a week. The rest of the time, you will work closely with production in Tvååker to develop the right solutions together with colleagues. Travel in the job is required, and hotel stays are included (up to 30 overnight stays per year).
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in B2B sales, preferably within industry, technology, or solution sales
- Is used to working closely with customers and conducting needs analyses
- Enjoys traveling and regular customer meetings
- Is curious, attentive, and has a good ability to understand the customer's real needs
- Works solution-oriented and enjoys close collaboration with other functions
- Has experience or interest in public procurement (meritorious)
- Preferably has a background in the interior design industry and/or catalog companies (meritorious)
As a person, you are engaged, communicative, and structured. You thrive in a smaller company with short decision-making paths and are motivated to be part of a growing company where you can influence both business and offerings.

Employment form
Competitive salary and full-time. The position will be filled according to agreement.
