Do you want to work closely on projects where ideas become finished environments? At Norco Interior, you will have the opportunity to contribute to interior design solutions for shops, restaurants, hotels, and pharmacies – in Scandinavia and across Europe. At OnePartnerGroup, we are now looking for an operational purchaser who wants to take an active role in Norco Interior's project operations.
About Norco Interior
Norco Interior works with customer-tailored interiors for retail, restaurants, hotels, and public spaces. By combining their own production in wood and metal with an established network of suppliers, they can take responsibility for the entire process – from idea to finished environment.
The business is present in Sweden, Norway, and Poland, with production in Poland. Norco Interior is part of Götessons Design Group.
The Role
As an operational purchaser at Norco Interior, you will become part of the daily project work. You will work closely with project managers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure that materials and components are available on time.
The role involves ongoing responsibility for balancing quality, cost, and delivery, while building and developing partnerships with suppliers.
The role includes, among other things:
- Responsible for operational purchasing of materials and components
- Engage in dialogue and negotiate with suppliers
- Follow up and evaluate supplier partnerships
- Handle order placement and work in business systems
- Support project managers with purchasing and calculation issues
- Contribute to ensuring deliveries meet requirements for time, quality, and cost
Travel may be required as part of the role.
Your Profile
You are looking for a role with experience in purchasing and enjoy taking responsibility while working closely with operations. You work in a structured manner, are solution-oriented, and have a good business understanding.
You find it easy to collaborate, are clear in your communication, and feel comfortable in dialogues where you may need to set requirements.
We prefer that you:
- Have at least two years of experience in purchasing
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
- Have experience working daily in business systems and good skills in Excel
It is an advantage if you have experience from construction, interior design, or project-based operations, as well as the ability to read blueprints.
Application
In this recruitment, Norco Interior is collaborating with us at OnePartnerGroup Halland. If you have questions about the position, you are warmly welcome to contact the responsible recruiter Niclas Arheden at email: [email protected].
We will be calling for interviews on an ongoing basis, so do not wait to submit your application!
At Norco Interior, you will become part of an organization where collaboration between functions is close and decision-making paths are short. Here, there is an opportunity to influence working methods and contribute to the development of purchasing processes.
The work is characterized by engagement, quality, and a daily routine where projects are often varied and concrete.
We look forward to receiving your application!
