About Ljungnässkolan
Ljungnässkolan is a school for grades F-6 with approx. 320 students. About 50 employees work at the school. The school has teachers, lead teachers, special educators/special teachers, a counselor, and a school nurse. The school has two parallel classes F-6 as well as after-school care units and is in the midst of an exciting change process. The school and the after-school care unit collaborate regarding both students and facilities. Our way of working provides security and continuity for our students and good cohesion in the staff groups.
Ljungnässkolan is a VI-school. This means that we accept students from the teacher education programs for grades F-3, 4-6, and after-school care teachers from Linnaeus University in Kalmar.
Ljungnässkolan is located in a quiet area close to nature. The school is characterized by a pleasant and safe environment with wonderful students and ambitious employees.

Job Responsibilities
The assignment involves working towards a safer school environment for all students. We need someone who meets the students throughout the school day, who knows what happened yesterday, at lunch, at the bus stops. Someone who can create good relationships and contribute to security and study peace every day.
It may also include organizing/arranging various activities during the school day with the aim of offering positive situations and activities for our students outside of lesson time.
There will be a need for feedback to class teachers to inform guardians and perhaps even provide feedback to guardians yourself. There may be some contact with other authorities.
You will belong to the school's safety group that is to be created at the school.
There will be an opportunity to shape the assignment and the position together with the school.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are an educated social pedagogue or have similar education and experience.
