As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a functional variation. You help with everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and enable another person's daily life to function.

We have clients of different ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is located, and the job is both varied and eventful. We believe that contributing every day to a person living their life as they wish is the most important job in the world.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, or background, you could be the assistant we are looking for.

We prefer that you:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• can understand and make yourself understood in Swedish.
• can work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekend. Some of our services also require the ability to work nights.
• have experience in care and welfare. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Employment type: As-needed employment

Scope: As-needed employment, stepping in extra during the summer of 2026

Start date: June, July, and August; there is also an opportunity to continue as a substitute during the autumn.

Training and hiring will take place before June.

We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the final application date. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Before a potential employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
