I am a 9-year-old girl living with my family and our dogs in Kalmar. I am looking for female assistants who enjoy working with children.

About me: I love nature, swimming, and an active lifestyle, and my assistant should share these interests. A large part of my day involves exercise mixed with play and creative activities, and my assistant needs to help inspire me and take the initiative in a playful way. I need support with most aspects of my daily life. I have epilepsy, and while you will receive an introduction to my condition, you must feel comfortable administering epilepsy medication when needed.

About you: I am looking for someone with the physical ability to assist me in various situations. To assist me effectively, you need to be attentive, alert, and resourceful. As a person, you should be solution-oriented, open-minded, enjoy playfulness, be stress-resistant, and reliable. Your communication needs to be clear, and you must have empathy to get to know me and my way of communicating. I would appreciate it if you share some of my interests. Since we have dogs, you cannot be allergic to them.

Desirable skills:

• It is desirable that you have a driver's license, but it is not a requirement.
• It is advantageous if you have previous experience working with children with disabilities, but it is not a requirement.
• I communicate using TAKK, eye-controlled computer, and picture communication, so experience with alternative communication methods is an asset.

Scope: This is an on-call hourly position where you need to be available and flexible to step in on short notice. Work is primarily on weekdays, but weekend shifts also occur. There is an opportunity for a fixed schedule.

Working hours: Primarily weekdays after school hours (13:00–20:00) and weekends.

Start date: Immediate or by agreement.
