We are looking for a driven and engaged designer for a direct recruitment to our client in Forserum. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute to the entire development chain and work closely with both production and technical teams in an environment where your ideas truly make a difference.

As a designer, you are a key person in ensuring that customer requirements and production efficiency are met. You combine design work with project management and work closely with both customers and internal functions. Here you will have a varied and technically challenging daily routine where your structure, problem-solving skills, and communicative strength make a real difference.

• Develop design solutions in consultation with the team for each model/product.

• Prepare materials for price calculations in response to customer quotation requests.

• Participate in testing and verification of new products.

• Contribute to complaint and revision processes.

• Create standardized design solutions and instructions.

• Verify and optimize model setups to ensure production feasibility.

We are looking for a positive and outgoing person with great drive who has the willingness and ability to contribute to a strong team. You are self-reliant, meticulous, organized, and able to work independently, with high work capacity and a quality-conscious approach.

• Driver's license & Access to a car

• At least two years of relevant professional experience in design.

• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are an asset.

• Experience with Solidworks.

• Good knowledge of drawing reading and product quality.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in quick and creative problem-solving.

• Meticulousness and attention to detail.
