When you start the program, you do so together with several other people who are in the same phase of their careers. The group consists of participants from different departments and roles, which gives you both a broad contact network and a strong sense of community from the start.

Parallel to your regular tasks at Husqvarna, you will take part in a structured training program that creates security, personal development, and a broad understanding of the business. The goal is to give you the best possible start to your continued career.

The tasks may vary depending on which part of Husqvarna Group best matches your profile and interests.

Examples of tasks could include:

• Product development parallel to the development of test methods, test rigs, and test equipment
• Scripts for products
• Technical documentation
• Presentation of work
• Combining theory and practice in a varied environment within mechanics, electronics, and software.
• Testing in the form of impact tests, temperature, humidity, vibrations, etc.

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering within machinery / mechatronics / electronics / physics or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience of similar roles, preferably 1–5 years of work experience, but not a requirement
