About the Role

As a Quality Technician at Arcos Hydraulik, you will have a central role in the company's production and projects. You are responsible for ensuring quality at all stages, from component reception to the finished product. In your role, you will perform calibration according to routine, conduct incoming inspections, and support the organization with both internal and external deviations from customers and suppliers. You will participate in root cause analyses, offer support to production, and ensure that final inspections of finished products are carried out meticulously.

You will also be involved in classification issues and are responsible for addressing and communicating problems, risks, or obstacles to your immediate supervisor. Upon request from the production manager or immediate supervisor, you will also perform other tasks falling within your competence and responsibility area. Throughout the process, you ensure that the company's routines for quality and environmental work are followed and developed, making you a key person in Arcos Hydraulik's pursuit of the highest quality.

Who We Are Looking For

To thrive and succeed in this role, we look for someone who has:

• Experience in quality assurance, inspections, and documentation within industry, preferably hydraulics.
• Knowledge of standards and regulations, such as ISO.
• High school or technical education, or equivalent knowledge from working life.
• Ability to work in a structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented manner.
• Experience working with CNC machines and production-related work is highly desirable.
• Good teamwork skills and experience communicating with different parts of the organization.
• Ability to support production and the organization regarding deviations, root cause analyses, and classification issues.
