About the Role

As a Fleet Controller – Maintenance at Nordic Re-Finance, you will hold a central position in our operations organization. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the periodic maintenance of our vehicles, which is crucial for ensuring that we deliver high quality and service to our customers. You will work in our bespoke vehicle management system, Railkeep, and maintain close dialogue with lessees, workshops, and our own technicians. Your ability to organize and prioritize will be decisive in managing our vehicles in the best possible way and meeting our customers' needs.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of Fleet Controller – Maintenance, we look for the following qualifications:

• Good administrative skills and a structured way of working (mandatory)
• Experience in maintenance planning, preferably within the railway or similar industry (mandatory)
• Good computer skills and experience with documentation and planning systems (mandatory)
• Ability to handle changes and unforeseen events (mandatory)
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers, technicians, and workshops (mandatory)
• Class B driver's license and access to a car (mandatory)
• Experience in similar roles is an asset
• Interest in technical solutions and process improvements is an asset

Responsibilities

In the role of Fleet Controller – Maintenance, your main tasks will include:

• Planning and scheduling periodic maintenance in consultation with lessees and workshops to ensure high availability of our vehicles.
• Coordinating and planning assignments for our own technicians regarding maintenance and repairs.
• Ensuring that the correct materials and spare parts are sent to the locomotives prior to scheduled maintenance activities.
• Documenting and following up on implemented actions in Railkeep to ensure traceability and compliance with regulations.
• Improving and developing maintenance documentation in consultation with technicians to streamline processes and workflows.
• Following up on error reports and proactively working to address deviations in connection with scheduled maintenance activities.
• Collaborating with internal teams to optimize and improve maintenance processes.
