Regardless of your interests or goals, you are always welcome with us. The Skaraborg-Jönköping market area is looking for a property manager for our operations in Jönköping. The market area conducts property management and currently has about 150 employees in Economic and Technical Management, Property Services, and customer responsibilities.

Make a Difference with Us

As a property manager, you play a central role in our customer-oriented organization. You are responsible for the ongoing dialogue with our customers, who are primarily housing cooperatives located in Skaraborg.

As a technical property manager with us, you are responsible for the ongoing management and operation of our customers' properties. You handle contacts with authorities and suppliers. Other responsibilities include supervision of properties and maintenance inspections, revising maintenance plans, handling insurance matters and disturbance cases, as well as managing authority inspections. The role may also involve planning, procuring, and executing maintenance and investment projects. As an employee at Riksbyggen, you are also expected to be a board member in one or more housing cooperatives; if you hold board positions, a responsibility fee will be paid.

Contribute with Your Skills and Engagement

You have an academic degree from a university/college with a focus on property management, building and/or property technology, or equivalent work experience from the construction or property industry.

We are looking for someone who is customer-oriented and has the ability to see and meet our customers' needs – you want to help develop and create good relationships and living environments. You provide good service and always act professionally. It is important that you are social and have the ability to create an open and trusting dialogue where proactivity and feedback to the customer are very important. You have strong problem-solving skills and want to work in a businesslike manner. You enjoy working towards goals and finding new ways to develop yourself and the surrounding business.

You have worked administratively and have good computer skills as well as the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. We view positively if you have building technical education and experience in project management. Experience in board work is an advantage.

The position is a permanent employment and requires a B driver's license and access to your own car. The place of employment is Skövde, but you may also work in other locations within the market area.
