Fixture Setter in Habo – Contribute to Smooth Production

Do you want to work in an important service function close to production and contribute to ensuring smooth operations every day? We are currently looking for a Fixture Setter for one of our clients in Habo. In this role, you will work in the workshop preparing, maintaining, and developing fixtures that are crucial for production.

About the Role

As a Fixture Setter, you will ensure that the right fixtures are ready on time and that tools and materials maintain a high standard. You will follow instructions, perform minor repairs, and actively contribute to improving work methods and routines. This role suits you if you are practical, technically interested, and thrive in an environment where structure and quality are important.

Responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

• Preparing fixtures according to orders and ensuring the correct quantity
• Following and developing instructions for fixture setting
• Simplifying and improving the process using drawings and documentation
• Performing service and minor repairs on fixture materials
• Reporting deviations and notifying the responsible person in case of problems
• Participating in improvement work and contributing to a positive work climate
• Receiving and handing over clear shift handovers

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in workshop or industrial work
• Is practical and has a technical interest
• Works carefully, structured, and takes responsibility
• Has good collaboration and communication skills
• Is quality-conscious and solution-oriented

Merits:

• Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding
