As an LSA Engineer with our client, you will be an important part of the development of advanced training systems, where you work to ensure high reliability, efficient maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts. You will be involved early in the development projects and contribute with analyses that affect the product's design from a maintenance and cost perspective. The role involves continuous analytical work where you conduct life cycle cost analyses (LCC), FMECA analyses, and work with requirement verification related to reliability and maintainability. A central part of the work is to develop and structure maintenance plans. You will collaborate closely with several functions, such as designers, purchasing, production, and service organizations, and gather information from various experts to create a comprehensive picture of the product. Your profile To succeed in the role of LSA Engineer, we believe you have a degree in engineering in mechanical engineering, industrial economics, logistics/production, systems engineering, or electrical engineering, as well as at least one year of relevant work experience. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have experience in the ILS/LSA field or have worked with reliability predictions or cost analyses. Knowledge of reading drawings/CAD and good proficiency in Excel is also a plus. As a person, you are curious, analytical, and unpretentious, with a strong drive to understand complex systems. You thrive in a role where you analyze, take initiatives, and collaborate with various stakeholders. Mandatory requirements for the position: • Engineering degree in a relevant field • Swedish and English spoken and written • At least 1 year of relevant work experience • For this position, you must undergo and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations, which may require a certain citizenship Desirable for the position: • Experience in reliability predictions, such as Windchill Risk and Reliability (WRR) • Experience in reading drawings About our client Our client is a leading defense and security company with a mission to enhance nations' ability to protect their populations and contribute to the safety of people and communities.
