We are currently seeking a driven Quality Technician for an exciting assignment at a growing industrial company in Sävsjö.

About the Role

As a Quality Technician, you will hold a key role in production and project operations. You are responsible for ensuring quality at all stages, from component reception to the finished product.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Performing calibration according to established routines.
• Conducting incoming inspections and documenting results.
• Participating in internal and external deviation reports and root cause analyses.
• Supporting production with problem-solving and quality assurance.
• Ensuring thorough final inspections of finished products.
• Communicating and addressing identified risks or obstacles together with your immediate supervisor.
• Participating in the development and updating of the company's routines for quality and environment.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in quality assurance, inspections, and documentation within industry, preferably with technical components.
• Are familiar with standards and regulations, such as ISO.
• Have a high school or technical education, or equivalent experience from working life.
• Work in a structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented manner.
• Meritorious: Experience with CNC machines and production-oriented work.
• Have good collaboration skills and are accustomed to communicating with various parts of the organization.
• Can support production and the organization regarding deviations, root cause analyses, and classification issues.
