Here, you will get a unique opportunity to get to know the company, broaden your competence, and build a valuable network together with other participants and colleagues from different parts of the organization.

When you start the program, you do so together with several other people who are in the same phase of their career. The group consists of participants from different departments and roles, giving you both a broad network and a strong sense of community from the start.

Parallel to your regular tasks at Husqvarna, you will participate in a structured training program that creates security, personal development, and a broad understanding of the operations. The goal is to give you the best possible start for your continued career.

Tasks may vary depending on which part of Husqvarna Group best matches your profile and interests. This could involve work related to, for example, the development and improvement of robotic lawn mowers, lawn mowers, or handheld products such as chainsaws, trimmers, and brush cutters.

Examples of tasks can vary greatly, but some examples could include:

• Creating specifications and interpreting requirements
• Discussing with stakeholders
• Programming
• Operations and support
• Code review
• Communication with adjacent departments

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering within Computer Science, Software Development, Programming, Data Science, or Embedded Systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience in similar roles, preferably 1–5 years of work experience, but not a requirement

We believe you have a strong technical interest, are communicative, and enjoy working both independently and in a group. You are curious, structured, and appreciate the opportunity to develop together with others.
