Dalbackens Friskola is a non-profit organization operated as an economic association. We have been running our operations for 10 years and are characterized by strong engagement, closeness between students and staff, and a safe, inclusive learning environment. At our school, the development and well-being of children are at the center.

About the Position

As a leisure-time pedagogue with us, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and developing the pedagogical activities of the after-school center in accordance with the curriculum. You will create a meaningful, stimulating, and safe environment where students are given the opportunity to develop both social and creative skills.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning and leading activities at the after-school center
• Stimulating students' creativity, play, and learning
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff to create a holistic school day for the students
• Contributing to a safe and inclusive environment
• Actively participating in the school's development work

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified leisure-time pedagogue or has another relevant pedagogical education
• Has a genuine commitment to children's development and learning
• Is creative, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Has good teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Is confident in a leadership role and can create structure while remaining flexible

Merits:

• Knowledge in creative activities, sports, or music
• Experience with values-based work and inclusive pedagogy
• Digital competence in pedagogical contexts
