Vuollerim and Vuollerims Friskola are located where the Lilla and Stora Lule rivers meet. A perfect place to live and grow up if you want to be close to nature, with a wide range of sports and outdoor activities at a low cost (including a ski slope, cross-country trails, a sports hall with an exclusive gym, riding stables, a go-kart track, and good fishing waters) as well as sufficient service and infrastructure for a comfortable life. A rich association life characterizes the area. There is a well-equipped municipal library branch with 'the latest' resources. Vuollerims Friskola, 'a good little' school for grades 6-9, started in 2010. The school operates as a limited company but entirely without profit motives. There are no dividends. The board does not receive any fees.

We are now looking for teachers in home economics, all science subjects, crafts, as well as technology and special education. Other subjects may also be of interest. Full-time or part-time can be discussed. The school has pleasant and functional premises. If you are looking for a teaching job where the board listens to staff and students, where decision-making paths are short, and where you work closely with students in small teaching groups - then you have found the right place.

There are no separate student and staff rooms; instead, we share common spaces. Of course, you will have your own undisturbed workspace for your administrative tasks. All students have their own laptops that are used according to the teacher's instructions. Access to both digital (NE) and printed teaching materials, as well as V-class as the school platform.
