Here, every child is seen, and we ensure that students feel safe with both staff and peers. As a teacher in the lower grades, you make a real difference every day you come to work; you are the role model who ensures that the student gets a positive and developmental start in school. Our profile focuses on nature, culture, and health. These themes are woven into the school's subjects and work areas, as well as in the after-school care program. The immediate environment of Persöskolan is calm, safe, and invites many opportunities for movement and nature experiences.

We learn with and from each other, try and re-evaluate, all in the pursuit of development. We offer you a meaningful and rewarding work environment where you come to work and make a difference for our future.
