STAY-ON INSURANCE

As a newly hired, permanent employee in Jokkmokk municipality for this position as a licensed preschool teacher, we can offer you a Stay-On Insurance if you meet the following criteria:

• You must not have previously held a permanent position with the same title.
• You are registered as a resident, or register in connection with employment.
• You must not have participated in the municipality's scholarship for post-secondary studies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You should be able to work independently and responsibly based on the preschool teacher's assignment. Work with colleagues to develop the preschool's learning environments, based on the goals and intentions of the curriculum. You should be well acquainted with governing documents that you connect to children's learning and our education, through teaching and among other things pedagogical documentation, reflections, and based on scientific theories. You should be curious and knowledgeable about children's learning and be interested in keeping yourself updated on topics related to children's development and learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university education qualified to work in preschool for ages 1-5. You should also have a license as a preschool teacher. You have knowledge of pedagogical documentation and systematic quality work linked to scientific foundations and theories.

You should have good social collaboration skills and be flexible. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

The salary range for this position as a licensed preschool teacher is between 30,000 - 35,000 SEK/month full-time. We apply individual salary setting based on your experience and competence.
