Gävle Municipality invests in secure employment positions to increase inclusion in the labor market, where approximately 130 people are employed through state support. These positions cover various activities and should constitute 2% of the municipality's workforce. The goal is to offer meaningful jobs.
Within Welfare Gävle, our workplace is located at Jägargatan 2. Here, approximately 80 employees and five unit managers work. We work in teams, sit in an open-plan office, and have access to several meeting and conference rooms. The building includes a café and a reception. All work takes place on-site, and our customers also visit here. There are good bus connections and many nice bicycle paths to the location.

Your Role
In the role of Change Manager for Secure Employment Positions, your mission is to support individuals who, for various reasons, cannot work in the regular labor market and hold a secure employment position within the municipality.
You work to give people with disabilities the opportunity for participation, independence, and meaningful employment.
Some of Your Tasks
- Through active measures and adaptations, you create conditions for the individual to take the next step in their development journey.
- The work consists of motivational and guiding measures both individually and in groups.
- Collaboration with colleagues and other relevant actors is of great importance to succeed with the assignment.
- You have an employer responsibility for a number of customers, and your task is to drive the process together with the individual to maintain employment.
You will work closely with your colleagues in a high-performing and tight team within your unit. Your mission is to drive an individually adapted and goal-oriented process together with the customer. With coaching and dialogue, you provide the tools and insights the customer needs to gain control over their future and achieve their goals.
You will support the customer in developing and strengthening their skills and knowledge, and in collaboration with other operations in the municipality, region, and state, ensure the customer receives support regarding their health and social needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Formal Requirements
We are looking for someone with an academic degree oriented towards the profession, such as behavioral science, social work, personnel and working life, pedagogy, or another academic degree that the employer deems relevant for the position. We consider it meritorious if you have one year of experience in similar work and hold a B driving license with driving experience.

You are accustomed to holding presentations, lectures, and training sessions, adapting them to the target group's needs and feedback.
