Your Future Challenge

We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Project Manager for Mechanical Design who wants to lead exciting and complex projects. In this role, you will work in an engaged project team and lead projects from start to finish, either through Team Leaders or directly with designers, managing team sizes ranging from 10 to 70 people.

You will play a central role in coordinating and collaborating cross-functionally, both internally between different departments and with external partners, to ensure the project achieves its goals. Your responsibilities also include carefully planning and monitoring work, as well as managing project budgets to keep the project on track.

As part of our unit for project management within Mechanical Subsystem Management, which consists of approximately 20 engaged employees, you will have the opportunity to influence and develop in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with experience in project management or another leadership role who enjoys taking responsibility and driving successful projects. You have a strong ability to plan, coordinate, and communicate effectively. You are results-oriented, have a positive attitude towards problem-solving, and a strong drive to achieve set goals. It is important that you can communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
