About the assignment
For our client, we are currently recruiting consultants for a part-time position lasting until August, with the possibility of extension. The role is demand-based, and we are looking for someone who can work at least 2-3 shifts per week. Working hours are scheduled on mornings between 08:00 and 12:00. The work is performed on-site at the client's premises in Östersund.
Before the assignment begins, you will need to complete a short training session. A background check (UC-control) will be conducted prior to the start of employment.
Your responsibilities
We are seeking administrators as the inflow of cases to the client's customer service via email has increased. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the inbox, which includes sorting and distributing cases to the correct departments across the country. In some cases, where issues can be resolved directly, you may also handle customer inquiries yourself.
Additionally, the role involves responding to written inquiries, where you may occasionally need to retrieve and verify relevant information.
Your qualifications
Basic eligibility for higher education
At least one (1) year of work experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Proficiency in the MS Office package and general computer skills
