At Tillväxtverket's Department of Simplification, we work to create simple contacts with authorities for businesses. If you are interested in societal development, this is the job for you. The department is responsible, among other things, for contributing to the development of content and services on verksamt.se, simplifying permit processes in close cooperation with responsible authorities, and reducing and simplifying businesses' reporting obligations to authorities at national, regional, and municipal levels.
The unit for verksamt.se and digital collaboration is now seeking an Operations Developer with extensive experience in developing digital contacts with authorities. This is a newly established position. You will work both independently and in teams, internally and externally. You will work closely with the unit manager, management groups, and equivalent roles at other authorities in a context with many assignments and contact points.
About the position
The role involves driving projects and coordinating efforts within complex digital development at the national and EU levels, with a focus on simpler digital contacts with authorities. The tasks also include keeping up to date with and having an interest in state administration, governance, and directives, as well as requirements and regulatory packages from the EU that can affect authorities' contacts with the target group of businesses and businesses' contacts with authorities. You need experience of working, directly or indirectly, with Sweden's digital infrastructure (Ena), as many of the initiatives we drive and will drive involve solutions based on this infrastructure.
Your place of duty is: Stockholm, Östersund, Malmö, or Jönköping. Travel may be required.
We are looking for you who have:
- Education from a university, college, or university college equivalent to at least three years of studies in one of the areas of political science, economics, management, natural sciences, or communication.
- at least seven years of experience in the role of Operations Developer within digital contacts with authorities.
- at least two years of experience of working, directly or indirectly, with Sweden's digital infrastructure (Ena).
- very good experience of driving or participating in digitization projects in collaboration between several public actors.
- very good knowledge of the governance of Swedish public administration, EU legislation, and other directives and legislation affecting businesses.
- very good knowledge of regulations and reporting obligations affecting businesses.
- very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
The following is considered an asset:
- Experience of self-employment
- Completed/participated in one or more government inquiries
- Experience of inter-agency collaboration
As a person, we are looking for someone who works result-oriented with your tasks. You are flexible and pragmatic, and you have good collaboration skills and well-developed self-leadership. Your communication skills are good, and you have a good ability to communicate pedagogically and package inquiries, proposals, and feasibility studies.
