Description of the Activity
We are now seeking a primary school teacher for grades F–3 at Nybyskolan in Ånäset, with mentorship responsibilities in grade 3. Nybyskolan is an F–6 school with adapted primary education, creating an inclusive and developmental learning environment.
The school offers excellent conditions for teaching and student activities, with access to a sports hall and proximity to green areas. During the winter half-year, there are ski trails and a hockey rink directly adjacent to the school.

Your Assignment
The role includes:
- Planning, conducting, and following up on teaching in grade 3 based on current curriculum documents.
- Being responsible for mentorship, including student contact, development talks, and documentation.
- Creating a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment that promotes all students' learning.
- Adapting teaching based on students' different needs and conditions, with a focus on strengthening students' strengths.
- Collaborating with colleagues in the team to develop teaching and common working methods.
- Cooperating with the Student Health Team (EHT) regarding students' learning, well-being, and need for support measures.
- Maintaining an active dialogue with guardians and contributing to good relations between school and home.
- Participating in the school's systematic quality and development work.
- Contributing to the school's value-based work and working in a promoting and preventive manner.
- Supporting students' social and emotional development in daily work.
Your Competence and Experience
Requirements:
- Teacher license with authorization to teach in grades F–3.
Merits:
- Experience working as a teacher in lower primary school.
- Experience working in inclusive learning environments.
- Experience with Schoolsoft and Prorenata.

Employment
Permanent employment, full-time.
Before employment, an extract from the criminal register must be presented. The extract is ordered from the Police Authority and must concern work within a school or preschool.
Salary Range
32,000 – 43,000 SEK per month. Final salary is set individually based on education, experience, and competence.
