Montessori School Casa is run by the non-profit foundation Stiftelsen Casa dei Bambini. We are a small and highly appreciated institution, beautifully located in Bö, central Gothenburg. We operate both a preschool and a primary school (grades F–9) with approximately 280 children and students, as well as around 50 employees.

Both children and adults at our school are driven by a shared conviction: that development is possible for everyone and that challenges are meant to be overcome. Our pedagogical foundation rests on Montessori pedagogy, with the goal of laying a solid foundation for future, responsible global citizens.

We strive to utilize every employee's full competence and create a work environment where well-being, professional development, and responsibility go hand in hand. Collegial learning is a central part of our operations, and we enjoy working thematically and across subjects. We focus on accessible and inclusive learning environments based on current research and proven experience.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a candidate with a preschool teacher's degree.
• Experience with Montessori pedagogy is a plus, and curiosity about our pedagogy is a requirement.

Employment Conditions

Permanent position (including vacation pay) at 100% with a start date of 2026-08-03 or by agreement.
