ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Aktiv Assistans are looking for two personal assistants for our client who lives in the central parts of Umeå. The positions cover 75% and the working hours are scheduled as follows:
06:00-16:30
16:30-02:00
16:30-16:30 (occurs on weekends)
Start date is by agreement, and we would like you to be able to start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a man in his mid-30s who lives in a villa with his partner. He has an active lifestyle and therefore hopes that you, the applicant, enjoy that as well. The days are often eventful, while the evenings usually slow down. It is important for our client that you have drive and the ability to take initiative even during quieter moments. To enable the lifestyle he desires, he is now looking for a personal assistant who can function as his extended arm in everyday life.
Tasks:
Daily routines such as household chores and cooking
Personal care and transfers

Our client values his independence and therefore seeks an assistant who can contribute to him living as independent a life as possible. You need to have a good ability to sense situations and know when it is time to take initiative and when you should take a step back and give space. Furthermore, you are meticulous, attentive, and reliable. To enjoy the role, we also see that you appreciate an active daily life.

Employment level: 2 positions at 75%.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

To be employed by us at Aktiv Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit a personal certificate and any documents that prove the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate on the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal register. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply meaning that the register check will cover both extracts from the criminal register and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing time may vary, so the order should be made well in advance.
