ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 86% for our client in Norsjö. In this schedule, you will work days, evenings, nights, and there are also 24-hour shifts.
The working hours vary but are generally structured as follows:
07:30 AM - 05:00 PM
01:30 PM - 10:00 PM
07:30 AM - 09:00 PM
24-hour shifts with varying start times
The position starts on April 1, 2026, and we would like you to begin the introduction soon.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a 21-year-old man living in his own apartment. He needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has autism, epilepsy, and is non-verbal.
The tasks consist of providing support and assistance in daily life such as:
Supporting and guiding during meal situations and household chores
Assistance with communication with the environment
Personal care
Planning and encouragement in carrying out activities
The client uses PECS (pictures adapted to his individual needs) as communication support.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. You should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. We want you to be calm and patient, positive, and have a cheerful disposition, as personal suitability is highly valued.
You need to ensure that you can get to the workplace, as bus connections do not always align with the working hours. A driver's license and car are preferred but not required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience with autism, epilepsy, or PECS.
Employment rate: 1 permanent position at 86%
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present valid identification and/or submit a personal certificate and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are going to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning that the background check will include both an extract from the criminal record and an extract from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Please note that processing times may vary, so ordering should be done in good time.
