Personal Assistant for Woman - AWAKE NIGHT

We are now looking for a personal assistant for a woman in her 20s.

The position is approximately 75% with a combination of night/day work - mostly nights. However, the position is designed to ensure you get enough rest between shifts and a good rhythm between day and night.

The position starts soon with training, followed by continuous work on a large schedule during the summer, which will then continue into the fall.

The Assignment:

Our client is a girl in her 20s with significant care and support needs - as an assistant, you will help with everything from hygiene, transfers, communication, and ensure that the client has a meaningful everyday life. The work is done both independently and with a colleague, as the client requires some double assistance (two assistants present).

The client has assistance around the clock, and during the night, the work is of a supervisory nature. (awake-night)

Applicant:

You who are applying should be a service-oriented woman. You should be responsible and proactive, as well as skilled at creating and maintaining relationships. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in care or another relevant background, as the client has significant care needs. The client has a tight, flexible, and cohesive workgroup where everyone helps to coordinate everything from routines to schedules.

Additionally, a driver's license and access to a car are a must, as the client is every other week located in an area just outside Skellefteå.

The position starts upon agreement. There is a possibility for leave during the summer, but we expect that the applicant can work most of June/July/August.
