ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Skellefteå. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute already now + work on a temporary contract during the summer! To be considered for the position, you need to be able to work to some extent during the summer.

The working hours are as follows:

  • 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

  • 03:00 PM - 10:00 PM

  • 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM (awake and journaling night)

Start date will be agreed upon, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 30s. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has autism and epilepsy. The assistance tasks are of a supervisory and guiding nature.

The job responsibilities include:

  • Support with daily routines, such as household chores

  • Assistance/help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

  • Medication, help, and guidance

The client uses communication aids

REQUIREMENTS

  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language - both spoken and written

  • Non-smoker

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with autism

  • Experience with low-arousal approaches

  • Experience working in healthcare and social services

Employment rate: 2 substitute positions

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

If you are going to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. As of March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning that the background check will include both an extract from the criminal record and an extract from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Please note that processing times may vary, so ordering should be done in good time.
