About me

I am a 30-year-old girl living in my own apartment in Sorsele. I work three days a week. I enjoy dancing, music, animals, clothes, and various video games. I also like to go on different activities. Something I particularly enjoy is going to concerts. Looking good and being modern is very important to me. When I'm not out on activities, I like to stay home and relax. It’s a very free and fun job where a friendly dog is welcome at the workplace.

My disability means that I need assistance with most things for my daily life to function. As my assistant, you will be there to help with everything I may need assistance with, such as personal hygiene, cooking, and all household chores. We do everything together.

Where is the assistance performed?

The assistance is performed wherever I am, in my home, at work, or out on various activities.

Who are you?

You who are applying should be cheerful, resourceful, see opportunities and not problems. I prefer that you are a girl or woman, but most importantly, the personal chemistry must match. A driver's license is desirable but not a requirement.

What does the working hours look like?

You will have fixed shifts on a rolling schedule that is allocated at all times of the day. The most common shifts are:

15:00-7:30 / 16:00-07:30 / 17:00-15:00 and occasional day shifts 7:30-15:00

Who is the team leader?

One of the assistants in the assignment is also the team leader. In the daily work, there are job descriptions and routines to follow, and what we do beyond that during the day I will direct based on daily form, wishes, and needs.

Job description

We are currently looking for several new colleagues for both extra hourly work and a fixed position.

The fixed position amounts to about 70% with a start date as soon as possible.

Before we offer employment, you must show an unopened extract/digital mailbox from the police's criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Migration Agency.

We train our employees to ensure the quality of personal assistance. All our new employees complete a web-based introductory training for personal assistants before their first working opportunity, or no later than one month after starting employment.
