We are looking for an engaged person who wants to help drive the green election campaign in Skellefteå. You will work on coordinating the campaign, supporting candidates, activating members, and communicating green politics to the citizens of the municipality.

We are looking for someone who wants to be the spider in the web, keeping our campaign together and coordinating with the district and other parts of the party. Your primary role will be to plan and assist in the implementation of campaign activities, events, staffing the election booth, and distributing campaign materials. Other tasks may also arise, such as creating digital campaign materials and assisting with some organizational tasks like preparing internal meetings. After the election, you will evaluate the campaign, help dismantle the campaign booth and election materials, and possibly assist during negotiations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has the ability to organize, lead, and inspire.
• Has good collaboration skills and can also work independently.
• Is proactive and has experience planning activities and events.
• Enjoys working outwardly and meeting people.
• Has a good ability to express themselves in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Is computer literate and has experience with social media.
• Sympathizes with the Green Party and shares our values.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience working in non-profit organizations.
• Are familiar with Skellefteå as a municipality and local political issues.
• Speak more languages than Swedish and English.
• Have a university degree in a relevant field.
• Have experience in digital marketing and communication.
• Can produce simple videos.
• Have a driver's license.
• Have basic knowledge of the Green Party's politics.

The position is 25% from May 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026, and then 100% between August 1 and September 30, 2026, but we are open to discussions regarding the extent.

Fixed monthly salary. Working hours are flexible and planned jointly between you and your supervisor based on identified needs. Work in the evenings and weekends may occur. The supervisor is the group leader and chairperson.

The work is done from home and on-site for various meetings and campaign activities.
