Your new workplace

The individual and family care department includes social workers, social workers for children and youth support/care/LSS, execution, development leaders, and IFO managers.

The individual and family care department has a good working climate and a pleasant workgroup.

Job Responsibilities

The development leader will provide daily support to all employees at IFO by:

  • Performing updates – can be delegated to caseworkers or administrators.
  • Distributing cases.
  • Handling cases as needed.
  • Supporting caseworkers in prioritizing cases in collaboration with the IFO manager.
  • Supporting caseworkers in investigative work.
  • Conducting internal case supervision individually and in groups – in collaboration with the IFO manager.
  • Monitoring process and quality in investigative work.
  • Making decisions according to delegation order – in consultation with the IFO manager.
  • Being responsible for presenting cases together with caseworkers in court hearings.
  • Conducting certain training and competency-enhancing initiatives within individual and family care.

The development leader will also:

  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external collaboration meetings.
  • Coordinate the establishment of routines and guidelines, as well as largely establish and keep these updated.
  • Provide initial orientation for all new employees; routines at IFO, onboarding plans, etc.
  • Be part of the POSOM group.
  • Participate in business development and drive business development processes forward.
  • Review invoices.

Qualifications

You are pragmatic, initiative-driven, flexible, and responsible, and you find it easy to collaborate both internally and externally. We expect you to have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, to work independently, and to adapt to more prioritized tasks. Extensive experience in social work with children, youth, and families is a requirement.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

A degree in social work and a B driver's license are required.
