Employment Rate: Hourly substitutes and part-time positions.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

To be employed with us at Aktiv Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present valid ID and/or submit a personal certificate and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you want to work with children and young people under 18, you need to present an extract from the criminal record. It is important that the extracts are ordered in good time, as the processing time by the police may vary. Due to a legal change from March 1, 2026, the background check will be expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register.
