About Us

Sistec AB is a successful company with a clear concept where we validate individuals' identities, ensure their right to work, and help companies do the right thing while preventing fraud in the Swedish labor market. We are now seeking individuals who want to work with us and develop Sistec's operations in Luleå and its region.

We have permanent offices in Gothenburg, Malmö, Skellefteå, Boden, Gävle, Kalmar, and Stockholm (Solna), and we are regularly present in a dozen other locations or at customer sites in Luleå. Daily, we meet customers to examine their passports, national ID cards, work and residence permits, and other relevant documents. We also serve as support for foreign contractors in Sweden regarding entry and exit controls, along with subsequent legal requirements and regulations.

The work involves largely direct customer meetings and digital incoming support.

Work is conducted from a reception with physical meetings or directly at the customer's site.

Role Description

• Conduct thorough identity verification and right-to-work checks for individuals in accordance with legal and corporate requirements at Sistec or at the customer's site, while contributing to relevant internal development.
• Process and handle company- and individual-specific applications to various authorities.
• Analyze and review individual and company data.
• Provide customer support, both physically and digitally, for companies and individuals within the framework of Sistec's or the customer's operations.
• Regularly channel and communicate incidents internally and externally.
• Follow up on and monitor compliance for companies and individuals.
• Maintain customer relationships and identify needs for corporate assistance with services within Sistec's scope.
• Participate in other parts of the daily operational activities and other compatible tasks.

Your Personal Qualities

To succeed in this role, you need to be structured, have good collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently with an innovative mindset. Flexibility and lack of pretension are important to thrive and contribute to our rapidly growing organization and collaborative environment.

You should enjoy working in a team as well as handling specific assignments or commitments where you perform the task independently alongside the customer.

We expect some computer literacy, for example with Microsoft Office. In addition, you will receive internal training during your introduction on the various information and reference databases we work with.

Language Skills: Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing is required for internal and external communication. Additional language skills are an asset.

You will be part of a larger ecosystem; we place great importance on accuracy and a humble approach to legal work.

Previous experience in security, service, or public authorities is considered an asset.

Other Information

Document validations take place partly from our office in Luleå, partly at customer sites in the immediate area, and in Boden. Regular domestic travel within the Northern region also occurs.

A B-class driver's license is a requirement.
