JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a summer substitute with us, you will have an important and meaningful role. Together with your colleagues, you will:

• investigate and assess the need for services according to the Social Services Act
• follow up and reassess granted services
• collaborate with the individual, relatives, providers, and other professionals

We offer an individually tailored introduction during the spring, developed together with our group leaders. They are readily available both during the introduction and throughout the summer. You will have accessible leadership, short decision-making paths, and a cohesive workgroup.

We actively work to develop the operations towards common goals, and you will be part of that work. After the summer, there may also be opportunities for continued employment.

We use Lifecare as our operational system and work according to IBIC.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is studying to become a social worker (preferably with completed field training)
• is curious about learning the role of a social welfare officer
• wants to contribute both your knowledge and your personality

If you have previous experience with the target group, it is an advantage.

To thrive in this role, you need to be structured, flexible, and confident in handling changes. You are self-driven, follow decisions made, and easily create good professional relationships. You see situations from multiple perspectives and communicate clearly in both speech and writing.

We are looking for someone who shares our view of a clear user perspective that we exist for the municipality's residents and meet them with respect and professionalism. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
