Region Dalarna's Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) within the Division of Psychiatry and Habilitation is now looking for a Licensed Psychologist for the new county-wide service Mini-Maria in Falun and Mora - accessible reception centers for children and young people up to 21 years old with risk use, harmful use, or dependence, with or without psychiatric comorbidity. Mini-Maria operates within the framework of a county-wide collaboration between Region Dalarna and the municipalities of Dalarna, where the municipalities of Falun and Mora are the host municipalities.  

We are now looking for a Licensed Psychologist for the reception in Mora. The service is planned to start in the autumn of 2026. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to work with engaged colleagues from both the municipality and the region to shape working methods, collaboration, and content. The work is characterized by interdisciplinary teamwork, trust, and cooperation, with good opportunities for continuous professional development as the service grows and develops. 

Mini-Maria is a low-threshold service that offers advice, support, and treatment to children and young people as well as their relatives. The work is based on the individual's needs and is built on evidence-based methods and national guidelines. 

The main receptions in Falun and Mora will have satellite receptions in Avesta and Älvdalen that will be staffed regularly. The work takes place in interdisciplinary teams together with, among others, doctors, nurses, midwives, and therapists from the municipality.  

The position is divided, where 50% of the job is allocated to Mini-Maria, with the possibility to work 50% within another service in the Division of Psychiatry and Habilitation, primarily within child and adolescent psychiatry.  

As a psychologist at Mini-Maria, you will: 

• Work with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children and young people up to 21 years old 
• Conduct neuropsychiatric assessments in collaboration with doctors 
• Work integrated and parallel with comorbidity 
• Collaborate closely with other health and medical care in the region as well as with municipalities, schools, and other actors based on the individual's needs 
• Actively participate in the establishment of the service, including the development of routines and working methods 
• Conduct conversations both physically and digitally 
• The work mainly takes place during the day, Monday to Friday, with possible evening work about once a week.  

Requirements: 

• Licensed Psychologist. 
• Experience with neuropsychiatric assessments 
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing 
• Driver's license (B) 

Meritorious: 

• Experience from child and adolescent psychiatry 
• Experience working with risk use, harmful use, or dependence and/or psychiatry, preferably aimed at children and young people 
• Experience working with comorbidity - risk use, harmful use, or dependence in combination with other psychiatric issues.
