Job Description

As part of the home care team in Rättvik, you will work independently and variably, with ample room for your own assessments and clinical responsibility. You will meet patients both at home and partially in special housing. The tasks include medical assessments, medication management, sampling, injections, wound dressings, palliative care, as well as training and delegation of nursing staff.

The specialized competence of the district nurse is valuable, but you as a nurse with an interest in close care are also warmly welcome.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed district nurse (meritorious) or a licensed nurse with an interest in home care and municipal health and medical care, with a commitment to close care and person-centered work. It is meritorious if you have experience in business development, improvement work, or patient safety. We also appreciate if you have experience in diabetes/incontinence care and hygiene. Furthermore, you need to have good administrative skills and confidence in digital systems (LifeCare and Alfa E/SignIT) as well as good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
