Are you a licensed psychologist or trained behavioral scientist with CBT level 1 who wants to use your expertise to build sustainable and high-performing workplaces? We are now looking for temporary staff in Ludvika and Borlänge until summer, with good opportunities for extension and permanent employment for the right person.

At Falck, we focus on strengthening the healthy and providing people with tools to manage the challenges of working life, such as stress and conflicts. Your work will primarily consist of targeted, shorter interventions at the individual level in the form of support conversations with client employees, although interventions at the group and organizational level may occur. You will work closely with other professional categories such as company doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other specialists.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed psychologist, trained social worker, or have another equivalent behavioral science education with at least basic psychotherapy training in CBT (level 1), ACT, or equivalent
  • Experience in support conversations and treatments using methods such as CBT, ACT, or similar
  • Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • Driver's license (B) and preferably access to your own car
  • Good computer skills

Other:

Temporary position until summer. Full-time or according to agreement, with start as soon as possible. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding weekends.

The position includes travel to units and clients in the local area as needed, which means you must have a driver's license (B) and preferably access to your own car.
