Mora is a town close to nature and mountains that invites outdoor activities and an active leisure year-round. Mora Hospital is one of Region Dalarna's two acute hospitals. The catchment area has about 80,000 residents, but outdoor facilities in Sälen and Idre, as well as large sporting events in both summer and winter, attract many tourists. At Mora Hospital, you will find the comfort of a small hospital while it also serves as a trauma hospital.

The Anesthesia Operation ICU clinic consists of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Central Operation (C-op), Day Surgery Mora (DKM), and Sterile Technology. The ICU cares for about 1,500 patients per year, of which about 500 are ICU patients. C-op and DKM perform a total of about 4,500-5,000 surgeries per year, primarily in surgery and orthopedics, but also some urology. Sterile Technology handles goods from the operating departments, care departments, and outpatient clinics at the hospital, as well as from all health centers in Region Dalarna. We have a close collaboration with other clinics and also assist with external assignments at the hospital such as sedation in outpatient clinics, emergency teams, and higher competence during secondary transport to other hospitals.

At Central Operation, we conduct a combination of elective and emergency activities during the day, in addition to emergency operations with an operating team available around the clock, all year round. Anesthesiologist Nurse Daytime for Central Operation Mora Job Responsibilities

As an anesthesiologist nurse at Central Operation, you will be part of the surgical team along with nursing assistants and surgical nurses, and you will have independent responsibility for anesthetic care in close collaboration with the anesthesiologist. As an anesthesiologist nurse at Central Operation, you will also be part of the emergency response chain for acute events at the hospital. Since Mora Hospital is an acute hospital, we care for patients of all ages.

As the operation is currently structured, you will have the opportunity to work daytime Monday to Friday, which means a 40-hour workweek. Region Dalarna also offers a generous wellness allowance.

Our requirements are that you are:

• a licensed nurse with a specialist nursing degree in anesthesiology.

It is an advantage if you have:

• previous experience in surgical nursing.

We are looking for someone who is positive and meticulous, has a patient-focused approach, and a good attitude towards both patients and colleagues. You should also be able to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish and work in a digital medical record system. Your ability to multitask and handle stress is good, and you have the capability to juggle many tasks simultaneously. We also see that you have good collaboration skills and a flexible working style. We are looking for someone who is engaged and contributes to a good work environment. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and previous references.
