Health Center Särna conducts an exciting seasonal business within healthcare, focusing on both planned and acute operations. The resident population is about 1,600 people, but during the high season, many visitors come to the mountain area. The surrounding area has a clear rural character with long distances and 120 kilometers to the nearest hospital from the health center.

We have good collaboration among all staff categories. We continuously work on well-being and workplace environment issues. We are in a development phase regarding how we will look and work in the future. In short, this is a stimulating workplace year-round and especially eventful during the winter season - and there are good opportunities for an active leisure time for those who enjoy forests and mountains.

Nurse, Health Center Särna Job Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you play a key role in the daily work of the health center. You will work both in scheduled appointments and with acute care. You will also be responsible for telephone advice in the TeleQ system as well as digital care via 1177 Direct, among other tasks. We work closely together while also allowing for independence and personal development.

Typically, working hours are weekdays and daytime. On-call duty as well as evening and weekend shifts are included. The work is primarily at the doctor's office at Särna Health Center but may also involve work at the district nurse's office in Särna and/or in Idre.

We are looking for someone who

• is a licensed nurse
• has a valid driver's license B
• has good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have

• experience and familiarity with telephone advice and reception work at a health center/reception
• experience in any of our areas of responsibility
