Avesta Hospital - The Clinic for Acute Care, Medicine, Geriatrics, and Rehabilitation is now looking for another physiotherapist. Do you want to work in an environment where your skills truly make a difference?

Our physiotherapists work in a wide field with both outpatient and inpatient care in various parts of the clinic's receptions and wards, such as specialized rehabilitation in geriatrics, medicine, emergency care, and palliative care at home.
Right now, we need to complement our unit with additional physiotherapists. The work is varied, and you will have the opportunity to use your skills to contribute to the patient's rehabilitation process in close collaboration with the rest of the team and professional colleagues.

Physiotherapist Specialized Rehabilitation Avesta Job Responsibilities
As a physiotherapist with us, you will have an exciting and varied position where you work clinically with patients in both outpatient and inpatient care. You will be part of an engaged team responsible for specialized rehabilitation in areas such as neurology, respiratory and circulation, orthopedics, geriatrics, and palliative care.
With us, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work broadly and variably with patients in several specialty areas.
- Actively contribute in interdisciplinary teams, where your physiotherapeutic skills are an important part of the treatment and assessment work.
- Participate in the development of the organization, where your ideas and engagement are valuable.
- Guide and support colleagues, as well as contribute to further education within the unit.
- Supervise physiotherapy students, who are regularly received within the organization.
- Explore different work areas within the clinic's receptions and wards - adapted to your interests and the needs of the organization.
We are looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and wants to be involved in developing our specialized physiotherapeutic care. Here, you will have the opportunity to grow in your professional role and make a real difference for our patients.
If you are a physiotherapy student in semester 5 or 6, you are also welcome to apply.
Additional InformationQualificationsWe are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist with or without experience. A passionate interest in physiotherapy and a curiosity to learn new things are advantageous.
You are expected to have a good ability to collaborate, to be able to work independently but also in a group. You need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language to communicate in writing and verbally.
Driving is part of the job; a driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle is advantageous.
