The home care service in Rättvik provides support and care at home so that our residents can live a safe, dignified, and independent life – whether they live in central Rättvik or in one of our villages.

We always start from the customer's needs and wishes and offer personal care, service, and security in everyday life.

With us, you will work in a smaller team where cooperation, care, and respect are at the center. We help each other and together create the best conditions for our customers throughout Rättvik municipality – whether they live near Siljan's shore, in the villages, or in central Rättvik.

You should also enjoy working independently in the customers' homes and be able to meet people in a way that inspires trust. Our customers should feel that they are always the focus and that we start from their needs and wishes.

Working hours are during the day and evening, with every other weekend scheduled.

The positions may be filled before the application period has expired.

Qualifications

• Care and support education is a requirement
• Driver's license B is a requirement
• Experience from home care is an advantage
• You should have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
