Are you a licensed psychologist or trained behavioral scientist with CBT level 1 who wants to use your expertise to build sustainable and high-performing workplaces? At Falck, we focus on strengthening the healthy and providing people with tools to handle the challenges of working life, such as stress and conflicts. Your work primarily consists of targeted, shorter interventions at the individual level in the form of support conversations with client employees, although interventions at the group and organizational level may occur.

At Falck in Ludvika, you will have the chance to work proactively and see the direct effects of your efforts, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our company doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other specialists. You will deliver both physically and digitally to both local and national clients, providing an interesting variation in your job.

What you need to succeed in the role:

• Licensed psychologist, trained social worker, or have another equivalent behavioral science education with at least basic psychotherapy training in CBT (level 1), ACT, or equivalent
• Experience in support conversations and treatments using methods such as CBT, ACT, or similar
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (B)
• Good computer skills and interest, and preferably experience in delivering digital tools and working with online-based methods.

Other:

Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time position with start date by agreement. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding weekends.

The position includes travel to units and clients in the local area as needed, which means you must have a driver's license (B) and preferably access to your own car.
